Our Team

Account Managers

As well as providing vital administrative support, Account Managers act as first point of contact for our clients. They liaise with the agents to ensure they have all the relevant information whilst out in the field, maximising performance. Each client has a dedicated account manager thus streamlining and enhancing communications.

Recovery and Repossession Agents

Wrights Recoveries UK agents complete an extensive training programme which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. This includes on the job training working with an agent manager, using tools & equipment and completing all required documentation and direct coaching on the consumer and commercial legalities of the job. A final written exam is administered to test their knowledge and skills. Field agents are assessed by an agent manager on a quarterly basis to ensure the required high standards are maintained.

Recovery and Repossession Agents undertake Professional Development Plan reviews on a quarterly basis to ensure both their knowledge and skills are in line with Wrights high expectations. Such reviews include an analysis of closed and current instructions, an audit of equipment and a practical assessment, during which the agent is observed by the Agent Manager.

Through RADR (our online system), agents are notified of any changes in legislation and individual performance. Field agents and support staff are monitored monthly to ensure all instructions are completed to the highest standard in line with industry regulations.
